Privacy policy

This site is operated by Santiago Carbone, a Colorado real estate broker with XRE Group, brokered by Realty of America.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: usually your name, email, phone number, property address, and message. We also collect basic, anonymous site analytics (pages viewed, general location by country or region, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

How we use it

To reply to you, to provide the real estate services you ask about, and to follow up about your inquiry. Form submissions are stored in Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship tool XRE Group uses, and may be emailed to us as a backup.

Calls and texts

If you submit a form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us by email.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and respond to you (Cloudflare, Follow Up Boss, our email provider), with XRE Group and Realty of America as needed to serve you, or when the law requires it.

Listing search

Property search on this site is provided by RealScout, a third-party MLS search provider. When you use it, their privacy policy also applies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email santiagocarbone@xre.group.
